HOW TO USE OUR NON TOXIC GLITTERS TO THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND STILL COMPLY WITH HEATH REGULATIONS.
Coat your cake in the usual way.
Using a double thick cake board one inch smaller than the top of your cake spray the silver side with anti bacterial spray to clean then dampen the other side and coat in the same colour icing as your cake. Decorate the top of the board as if it were the cake then transfer it to the top of your cake with the clean silver side down on top of your cake.
- You can make your cake tops in advance so there are no longer last minute panics.
- You could have several designs ready to go at a days notice so last minute cake orders become easy.
- Your customer is able to keep her treasured cake top to show all of her friends for weeks to come.
- You can make the decoration as glitzy and sparkly as your customer wants and still keep within the health guidelines, everyone wins!!
